At Sharaan Al’Ula, the Group’s civil works expertise was engaged from the earliest stages to help translate the vision of Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel into a technically, financially and environmentally viable reality. Through early contractor involvement, excavation, engineering, architectural development and construction planning are integrated from the outset, including approximately 400,000 m³ of excavation within a protected desert environment.
