The Group’s French teams transformed Prince Roland Bonaparte’s former mansion into a contemporary luxury hospitality destination, acting as general contractor and coordinating more than 60 trades alongside leading artisans from France and across Europe. Under the direction of Richard Martinet and Pierre-Yves Rochon, exceptional craftsmanship in gilding, patina, marble, parquet and stained glass was carefully restored, preserving the palace’s nineteenth-century character and soul while introducing a new expression of contemporary luxury.
