Ile de Bandor

The Group’s French teams, leading the consortium, delivered the renaissance of Île de Bendor across 25 buildings, combining heritage restoration, new construction and the creation of a complete luxury hospitality destination. Accessible only by sea, the project demanded dedicated maritime logistics, coastal engineering and exceptional resource management, with approximately 90% of demolition and earthwork materials reused or recovered on the island. The result is a distinctive Mediterranean destination where architectural heritage, contemporary hospitality and environmental responsibility come together in harmony.
