Arkadag Hotel

For the Arkadag in Ashgabat, our teams delivered a fully integrated design-and-build solution across a 22-hectare, 14-storey destination rising more than 76 metres. From interior architecture through to FF&E procurement, our turnkey approach brought together design, technical coordination and delivery under a single integrated vision. Building on our established partnerships in Turkmenistan, following the successful delivery of the prestigious Yyldyz and Oguzkent hotels, we combined international expertise with a deep understanding of the local context to deliver a complex project at exceptional scale, with consistency and control from concept through completion.
