For the Hôtel Martinez, the Group’s French teams orchestrated a large-scale transformation through seven carefully sequenced phases, coordinating hundreds of craftspeople while maintaining operational continuity throughout the works. Suites, public areas, dining spaces, rooftop terraces and back-of-house facilities were renewed with the precision and sophistication expected of an iconic Riviera palace. The project demonstrates the ability to combine complex phasing, exceptional craftsmanship and operational discipline while preserving the spirit of this emblematic destination.
